Welcome to SlowStack – where writing and slow living come together.
If you crave a more intentional, present, and sustainable approach to creativity and life, you’re in the right place. Here, I share:
thoughtful insights on writing,
growing your creative life in a way that feels natural, and
embracing the rhythms of slow living.
I’ve been writing for over a decade, contributing to publications such as Wellineux, Minimalism Life and Travel Play Live, growing my Substack, and publishing a successful guidebook on trekking Everest Base Camp. With experience in interviews, storytelling, and community-building, I enjoy always coming back to the knowledge that together is better. I also work a day job and know what it’s like to start from scratch—and how to grow in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I share my experience and knowledge on conducting interviews in my Course Unlock the Power of Interviews and via Coaching Calls. More on that below.
But beyond writing, I’m here to share the journey—what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how we can grow together as writers. I love diving into slow learning and living, distilling its essence into articles that help me (and hopefully you) embrace a more intentional way of living and a more sustainable, creative life.
I’m currently wrapping up my best insights into an online course filled with practical, hard-won lessons from my writing journey. Subscribe now to stay in the loop—you’ll be the first to know when they launch!

Embarking on Eudaimonia; Interview Series
The phrase ‘embarking on eudaimonia’ signifies a journey towards living a life of fulfilment, purpose, and flourishing.
"Eudaimonia" is a Greek term often translated as "happiness" or "flourishing." In philosophy, particularly in Aristotle's ethics, eudaimonia refers to the state of living well, achieving one's full potential, and experiencing a sense of fulfilment and thriving in life.
I loved this as a theme for my interviews, where in an intimate space, we can ask big questions such as the life philosophy they live by, the lessons that have been most pivotal in their life and what key books have guided them.
All my interviews are special for reasons that are as uniquely wonderful as each guest. But to start, here are a couple:

First, I need to ask you to please stop reading my journal. 😆
Seriously, I relate on so many levels. I literally wrote something similar-ish in my journal yesterday, asking “what would you have me do?” Not just with my writing, but that is part of it…I’ve always known this is what I’m Supposed To Do, so it’s hard to accept the crickets that often respond to my work. Logically, I know I need to be patient, but emotionally…it still hurts.
I’ve also been hesitant to write about believing in God…as a queer liberal writer, I find myself in a lot of spaces where that is not only uncommon, but sometimes openly ridiculed…so I get it. But my Substack is all about being as honest and vulnerable as possible with my truth, so…I’m not going to be able to avoid it forever. It’s too big a part of my life.
Subscribed. Keep writing. It will happen. 🙏🏽
Nice to meet you Ta. I am finding your work slow stack interesting and beautiful.
